Fiverr CEO says company plans to close 100% of sites by 2020

By Jessica BoeschPublished July 09, 2018 06:00:58In just the last three years, Fiverrr has seen its user base grow from 10,000 to more than 100,000 and it has been working hard to keep pace with the changing landscape of online marketing.

In a statement on Thursday, CEO and founder Andrew Lawlor told the Wall Street Journal that the company plans “to shut down all of our sites by the end of the year” and the closure is not necessarily connected to a company sale.

“The news that we are going to close our remaining 100,00+ sites is not connected to any sale,” Lawlor said.

Fiverr, which has been around since 2011 and offers a variety of services to freelance photographers and videographers, announced earlier this year that it would end its partnership with AffiliateWeb and would focus solely on its own product.

AffiliateWeb, which was created to make it easier for businesses to monetize their content and get paid for their traffic, had been a major competitor to Fiverrs platform for a number of years.

Affiliates, which are usually small businesses that offer a variety and variety of freelance services, were a key part of Fiverrus growth.

According to a report from Crain’s New York Business, the company saw a 22% increase in revenue from its most recent quarter.

The company had revenues of $14.2 million in its most recently quarter, which is down from $20.3 million in the previous year.

Fevering up the numbersFiverrus has seen a steady stream of growth in recent years.

Its revenue increased from $6.6 million in 2018 to $12.3 billion in 2019, according to the company.

The most recent revenue figures, from January 2021 to January 2022, show the company’s revenues jumped from $1.9 million to $11.3 and its revenue grew from $13.6 to $25.2.

Fivers’ growth has also come from its ability to grow its userbase, according the company, which says that over the past year, it has added over 10 million new subscribers.

In addition to offering a number for freelancers to earn, Fivers has a number on its homepage for people who would like to become employees.

The company says that its new system is “faster and easier than ever to become an employee,” with the option to sign up for an Affiliate Web account or sign up as a freelancer.

The site also offers a number to advertisers, with a number that can be set to $10.

The site also lists the number to $5.

Fivenr is owned by a group of independent entrepreneurs who also operate the popular online marketplace Fiverracer.
